Boady Santavy training

 

I was listening to this podcast about Boady Santavy training, and found it interesting how His father Dalas, gives Boady a day or two off in between sessions. This is different than most elite lifters 6x a week, 2x a day training schedule, and I think it is more beneficial for some athletes. All the more reason why each athlete needs individualized training instead of blanket templates.
