2013-06-05 Training.

Yesterday's session was kept light. Couldn't seem to handle anything near limit weights for me. 

Today it took a while to warm up but once I was in the groove things went pretty well. I had something new happen today. When resetting the bar on my shoulders from a behind neck jerk, the bar slipped back off my shoulder blades and chicken winged me. I had thought I injured something for sure but was fine. Haha. 

Dinner was rare deer steak with veggies.
