2013-04-24 training

Today the weights felt stinking heavy. During snatches the weights felt like there was another 20 kg's on the bar. I felt rested and I'm not sore. Maybe some CNS fatigue? Legs felt slow and like they were filled with lead. I battled it out though. I dropped weight and worked back up but only hit about 90% of my PR in the snatch.
