2013-04-05 training

Felt a bit better today. I power snatched up to 125kg without straps. I did not want to push it and try for more today. My assistance work went well, I felt stronger than I have all week. I did not have any aches or pains today so that was very nice. I also did a bit of preventative band work on my hip.
