2013-03-16 Training
My knee has been bugging me all week, I have been working through it though. Full lifts bother it but pulls and power variations are ok. Today the weight was not bad. I don't understand why I had trouble with 110kgx3 hang snatch when last week I power snatched 115kgx3 off blocks.
